From placemaking elements to safety measurements and sustainability, our design team have been working to develop the existing concepts for the route that were shown to you in 2021.
What is placemaking, you ask? Placemaking is a form of infrastructure development that makes a place look more vibrant, interesting and unique! It might be a creative object or natural element referencing a place’s heritage, culture, or history.
The route also aims to connect local amenities such as businesses, schools, transport, and tourist spots, and the community’s feedback is crucial to developing these ideas.
